Sensory Showers
The sensory showers help you to deeply relax by stimulating the senses. The sounds of nature and the different intensities of water jets will provide you with a moment of peace and physical and mental rest.
Herbal Sauna
The Herbal Sauna reaches approximately 60°C and has several health benefits such as relieving muscle pain, improving breathing, and reducing stress levels.
Himalayan Salt Sauna
With one of the walls lined with Himalayan salt, this sauna reaches roughly 80ºC (176ºF).
Pain relief, improved breathing, and reduced stress levels are some of the potential benefits.
Ice Source
The purpose of the ice source is to provide a thermal contrast after visiting the hot areas.
After leaving the Herbal Sauna or the Himalayan Salt Sauna, apply the ice over your body to achieve a longer-lasting sensation of relaxation.
Hydrotherapy Pool
The hydrotherapy pool has jets that help alleviate muscular pain and loungers for you to relax while enjoying the health benefits of water.
The pool’s water is at 28ºC (82.4ºF).
Kneipp Pool
The Kneipp pool has two sides with different water temperatures: one side is hot and the other is cold. The aim is to walk for a few minutes through the waters, a practice that results in a significant improvement in blood circulation.
Turkish Bath
The Turkish bath – in addition to providing a sense of relaxation – also aids in the removal of body impurities, the clearance of respiratory passages, and promotes hydration.
This space is at 45ºC (113ºF).
Outdoor Jacuzzi
Enjoy the Jacuzzi located in our outdoor lounge area, so you can appreciate the sounds of nature surrounding Serenity – The Art of Well Being.
The water is set at 37º Celsius.
